What do I get in the 14-day trial?

We offer a 14-day trial so that you can test out our platform, check our key services and features. There are no restrictions on the usage for these 14-days. If you wish to continue with the services after the trial period gets over, you will be required to upgrade to one of the plans.

Can’t you make the prices lower?

Our product is extremely good value. Don’t believe us? Take a look at the competition! And if you’ve ever had to automate your business or want to build your brand for your Direct to Consumer (D2C) sales, you’ll really appreciate making the investment!

Will I be able to sell on the app after the trial period ends?

Yes you can, but you need to take a subscription plan as per your need.

Can I reactivate my plan after the account is frozen?
If I have several branches, can I sell my items on all of them with only the single membership?

Yes you can have as many branches as you want but you’ll be required to buy a separate plan for each shop, i.e., single membership won’t work. Inside the settings of your seller app, there is an option to choose your shop name along with the address. Once chosen, you’ll be able to see all the details of that shop.

Can I change my plan any time?

Yes, you can change your plan whenever you want even if you’re using one plan, you can upgrade it by just paying the difference amount.

Are the prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all the prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes only.

Can I pay for more than 1 year at once?

Yes, you can pay for more than 1 year at once. We also offer discounts for a multiple year package.

How do I manage and update my app?

As part of your package, you get your own admin panel (personal subdomain) which you can use to modify, update and manage the app.

Is there a one time payment plan?

No, all plans have a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly subscription cost.
